Policies

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations must also be made 24 hours in advance; otherwise, half the price of the lesson will be charged to compensate for the instructor's lost time.

Students ages 7 and up are welcome!

Wes is willing to travel a maximum of 30 minutes for in-person lessons.

Online lessons can be booked from anywhere and are subject to the same cancellation policy.

A zero-tolerance policy is enforced regarding harassment and verbal aggression, which will result in immediate cancellation of lessons.

If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be considered canceled, and the full lesson fee will apply.

Payment must be made in advance or at the beginning of each lesson, and refunds are not issued for missed lessons.

Students are encouraged to bring their own instruments to each lesson, but rentals may be available upon request.

Parents are welcome to attend lessons for younger students, but we ask that they remain quiet and respectful during the session.
